How long is your order processing time?

Order processing time is 7 days. I try my best to get things out sooner than that, but it’s not always possible.

Why is your order processing time longer than other stores?

No String Chicken is a one person operation which is run as a side business. I do what I can to get things out sooner. The 7 day processing time is meant to allocate a bit of extra wiggle room for when things are busier.

I placed an order for local pickup. Why haven’t I received the address and booking link?

You will receive an email with the address and a link to schedule your pickup once your order has been processed. Please remember that processing time may take up to 7 days, so don’t panic if you don’t receive that email right away.

Do you do custom products?

If you have a request for custom products, send an email to [email protected] We’ll discuss what can be done and provide a quote for the item(s). If I can’t accommodate, I’ll do my best to help you find someone who can. Please note that custom products are final sale.

I want to order a bigger quantity than what’s in stock – can I?

I may be able to accommodate bigger quantities of some items but may require more time to make them. If you would like a bigger quantity than what is listed as in stock on the website, send an email to [email protected]

I would like to order a product in a different colour than what’s available – is that doable?

I may be able to accommodate different colours of some products. There may be additional fees for supplies, depending on the material and colour desired. Please submit your requests to [email protected]

What is your shipping policy?

No String Chicken offers a variety of shipping options. Take a look at the shipping policy.

I don’t want to pay for shipping – are there other options?

If you’re in the Ottawa area, you can pick up your order in Centretown. Also, Canada-wide orders above $125 before taxes (if applicable) qualify for FREE shipping. For more details, read the shipping policy.
