Requests for exchanges and returns must be sent in at [email protected] within 7 days of parcel delivery. In your email, please include the reason for the exchange or return, as well as a picture of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Do not send the item(s) back before receiving a confirmation on my part. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately No String Chicken can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send an email to [email protected]
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
All custom products are final sale.
No String Chicken only replaces items if they were sent defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to [email protected]
If you are requesting an exchange or return for any reason other than a product defect, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Exchange and return orders must be sent by Canada Post Registered Mail in order to track and guarantee delivery. Refund or exchange will be issued upon reception of the order on my part.
